Because I (blue) am having a hard time keeping everyone straight…  orange, I’m going to leave your characters blank so you can decide how much to fill in:

blue: me.

orange:  her.

dante / stupid / stupud / spud / A / did we name him anything else?: There is no way to explain this individual and the incredible mess of his relationship to myself and to orange and how those relationships have messed with/strengthened the relationship between orange and myself.  I hate him, orange says she does but she’s a better person than I am and doesn’t, really.

whf:  Met him spring of 07, he’s been a bad habit ever since.  He beat me in the concerto competition last year, but I beat him at life when I had to pick him up from jail for a DUI.  Currently living with some townie chick, and cheating on her (with me for one, among many probable others).

staple boy:  A large and messy mistake that continued throughout my senior year.  Communication with him is still hard and frustrating.

parson brown: more like a “look only” option. although it was quite a success to find out that he is only 3 yrs older than me!

M / 12-pack: a blast from the past! hs crush now in the windy city, i’m a fan. don’t really want to mess this up.

craig1 / kayak:  Tall and very nice gentleman that I met on craigslist, we started off as friends but he convinced me to give dating a try.  slightly older, very sweet, easy to talk to, ticklish, teases me a lot, i’m enjoying myself immensely.  :)

mr t / stalker: initial thoughts: who is this? this must be one of blue’s…but then i was like, oh wait…right…i tend to forget things i don’t want to remember. a good friendship that turned sour when his feelings for me were not recipocated. oops. pretty much makes me feel like a terrible person. he’s incredibly awkward and somewhat awkward in the way that i am awkward which embarasses me. so was definitely a no from the start. apparently our stark differences was not enough to keep him in the friends zone.

craig2 / scrabble:  chemist living in my city, highly attractive and slightly awkward (that is to say, I am highly awkward around him).   charming and sarcastic, my self declared sunday night procrastination enabler, initiator of fun adventures (carousels, hiking in the snow, random late night starbucks trips, spring break in Rome?…).

craig3 / berkeley: i was semi-dating him when kayak asked me out.  nerdy, incredibly sweet guy, rather shy and girl-awkward, which is the unfortunate factor that means he lost to kayak.  hopefully still a friend.

FPMBVII: first real bf. dated for nearly 6 months. it was fun. learned a lot.  but overall, we were just way too different and it’s annoying to have someone nagging you about working too much. yes, i’m a workaholic and i’m fine with that. (2010)

DC1 / PianoMan: deep down was probably the reason i decided to be crazy and move to DC (2011)

DC2 / stupid face: borderline libertarian. but an excellent conversationalist. and a way to work on my debating skills. no attachments here anymore. good thing too, i can say what i want. also a very very very bad tomato. perhaps worse than our original tomato. (2011)

DC3 / StPat: was not so sure about this one. was hesitant but he was charming. decided to give him a chance, and then he bails. i actually like this one because i was careful and thought about it. (2011)
